HALT & HASS Consulting provides quality assurance services in Johor Bahru, Batam and Singapore. Our goal is to have local representatives in each of the major manufacturing hubs in Asia by 2008.

Our independent third party quality assurance services will result in improved product quality with a reduction in customer complaints, non-compliance, and product recalls.

Our inspection services team performs a final random inspection and test process according to our clients requirements before shipment based on a defined sampling procedure.

Generally this will be conducted on site at the manufacturer premises. The inspection and testing criteria are defined together with our clients. Our inspection team will send out periodic reports to the clients and keep them informed about the production progress, and any issues identified.

With our combined manufacturing and research and design experience we are able to quickly pinpoint any defects and recommend corrective actions to be performed. We will also be on hand to ensure these corrective actions are implemented, and that the implementation leads to a higher quality production process.
