Our inspection team performs in-process audit and visual inspection of products during production. This is particularly useful during pre-mass production builds to ensure that critical stages of manufacturing are performed accurately. This begins with the SMT process, and carries through to testing, packaging, and compliance.

Any reject or non-compliance detected will result in a request to the manufacturer for corrective actions. It is better to detect any problems in the early stage of the production cycle. Our inspection team will send out intermediate reports to the clients and keep them informed about the production progress.
