Events Management Module

The Events Management module provides a comprehensive organizer based package to programme any scheduled activity that your company system requires you to perform. Mango provides a customizable management system for any type of event from calibration to health & safety meetings, staff reviews and customer contact dates.

Mango will then automatically email the person responsible to complete the task. If it is not completed within the user-prescribed timeframe it will alert the system administrator or manager. Alerts are sent via email, and are displayed online when the user logs in to the system.

Events Management Online!

Setting up recurring or one off events in Mango's online environment is a breeze. Customize your event types, frequency, and action asignees. Mango's event management module runs surveillance of mission critical events and informs top level management of overdue system requirements.

The asignee is notified as soon as the event is due, and reminded on a periodic basis (setup during event creation) until the event is signed off. If the event is a recurring type then Mango automatically calculates the next due date and rests until this date expires. If the event is a one off then Mango closes the event and logs the time, date, and comments from the asignee.

Event Creation

An event is created by logging on to the system, choosing to open a new event and entering the following information:

• Email To - Assignee's email address
• CC To - Any other affected employee
• Event Description
• Event Type - Selectable from customizable type list
• Reminder Text - Message body field for notification email
• Schedule Condition
  • One off event or recurring
  • Start Date
  • Recurring period (if applicable)
• Reminder Condition
  • Frequency of reminder period for asignee.
• Administration Alert
  • Frequency of reminder period for administrator.

Event Log

Every event is logged inside Mango's secure online database, allowing auditors and staff alike access to past events to keep track of your system requirements.
